Chair exercises designed especially for people with arthritis, cardiac problems, emphysema & rheumatism.

DRUM GROUP
Monday, 11:30 at Suzanne Patterson Building.
Group music making is good fun and good for your health. It boosts endorphins, reduces stress and helps you relax. No experience required. All levels welcome. Drums provided or bring your own.
