AEROBICS

A Recreation Department program of low impact aerobics. For fee and registration call 609-921-9480.


BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING

Third Tuesday at Redding Circle 9:00 am and third Monday at Spruce Circle 1:00 pm. Open to the community. No fee


CHAIR EXERCISE

Friday, 11:30 am at Spruce Circle.

Chair exercises designed especially for people with arthritis, cardiac problems, emphysema & rheumatism.
Instructor: Laraine Alison, PT Fee : $20/8 weeks ($25 non-resident)


CHAIR YOGA

Tuesday, 11:000 am at Harriet Bryan House

Lift your spirit, gain a new sense of self and keep moving! Keep moving to prevent the stiff muscles and achy joints that are common complaints. Stretch and strengthen the body. Become focused and relaxed. Increase circulation and your breathing capacity. Chair yoga is wonderful for anyone but especially helpful for you as a senior. If you are dealing with physical challenges, chronic pain or disability it is the perfect solution to maintain the best condition possible. You will comfortably be seated on a chair or wheelchair during the class. Some optional standing postures. Instructor Mireille Delman. Fee : $45/8 weeks ($60 non-resident)


DRUM GROUP

Suzanne Patterson Building.

Group music making is good fun and good for your health. It boosts endorphins, reduces stress and helps you relax. No experience required. All levels welcome. Drums provided or bring your own. Follow our monthly calendar to see when the group meets.

HIGH LOW GO

Tues & Thurs, 8:45-9:30am at SPB. Strength training for earlybirds.

TABLE TENNIS

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:30am at Suzanne Patterson Building.

Call if interested in joining the group. No fee.


TAI CHI

Friday, 2:00pm at Suzanne Patterson Building.

The style is Yang Style 24-posture simplified form. Emphasis is on improving balance, posture, body alignment and mental focus 

Fee: $45/8 weeks ($60 non-resident)


YOGA

Thursday, 10:30am at Suzanne Patterson Building.

A class for relaxation, stretching & learning to focus.

WAKE UP AEROBICS

M, T, W, T, F 8:00am at Suzanne Patterson Building.

Early morning aerobics. Anyone welcome regardless of age.
Fee: $55/month
