AEROBICS

Monday , Wednesday, Friday 9:15-10:15 a.m. Low impact aerobics. For fee and registration call the Princeton Recreation Department at 609.921.9480.

EARLY BIRD AEROBICS

Every weekday morning at 8:00 a.m. 

40 minutes of cardio and toning. Early morning aerobics. Everyone welcome regardless of age.
Fee: $55/month or $5 per drop-in.

Mondays at 11:30 a.m. and Fridays at 12 noon 

Chair exercises designed especially for people with arthritis, cardiac problems, emphysema & rheumatism.
Instructor: Laraine Alison, PT Fee : $48/quarter

GROUP DRUMMING

Monday, August 3 and Monday, August 10

Group music-making is good fun and good for your health. It boosts endorphins, reduces stress and helps you relax. No experience required. All levels and anyone over the age of 12 welcome. Drums provided or bring your own. Instructor: Mauri Tyler.
