08:00AM - 08:30AM A new class is energizing the Suzanne Patterson Building every weekday morning from 8:00 - 8:30am. A great way to start the day - 15 minutes of cardio followed by 15 minutes of toning. All levels welcome. Led by Linda Anglin, an experienced aerobics teacher and personal trainer. Try it out! Only $55 per month or $5 to drop-in.

Introduction to your lifestyle in retirement

07:00PM Retirement may be the biggest life change since marriage or having a child. Many people have done their financial planning, but have given little or no thought to the psychological impact of retirement. This single session offers introduction to planning for retirement or a major lifestyle change. It will help you explore your options for dealing with change, managing your time, identifying your passions and making a difference through volunteering. Presenter: Carol King, Director, Next Step: Engaged Retirement & Encore Careers.
Presenter Bio
Carol King is a retiree living in the Princeton New Jersey area. She is Director of Next Step: Engaged Retirementsm and Encore Careers offered by the Princeton Senior Resource Center. Previously Carol was a college professor (tourism & hospitality management, organizational behavior, management and leadership), as well as a church financial administrator, hospitality industry consultant, food service manager and occasional technical writer. She has both an MBA and a PhD from New York University. She has had a variety of jobs in retirement, most of which evolved out of volunteer activities or contacts. She is a member of the Advisory Commission on Aging of Mercer County Community College. Carol is a Certified Retirement Coach.
