08:00AM - 08:30AM A new class is energizing the Suzanne Patterson Building every weekday morning from 8:00 - 8:30am. A great way to start the day - 15 minutes of cardio followed by 15 minutes of toning. All levels welcome. Led by Linda Anglin, an experienced aerobics teacher and personal trainer. Try it out! Only $55 per month or $5 to drop-in.

Retirement can be a time of rebirth, and renewed life, or a time of loss and readjustment -- loss of work identity, loss of friendships, changing relationships with spouses or significant others. This presentation will explore how men in retirement or facing retirement, can prepare themselves and optimally care for themselves during this key transitional time of their lives.Dr. Schiraldi is a licensed professional counselor in private practice. His practice includes individual and couples therapy, men's issues and life transition issues. He has recently retired as a Staff Counselor at Princeton University.
The Next Step Speaker Series is a joint program with the Princeton Public Library.
