Become focused and relaxed. Increase circulation and your breathing capacity. Chair yoga is wonderful for anyone but especially helpful for you as a senior. If you are dealing with physical challenges, chronic pain or disability it is the perfect solution to maintain the best condition possible. You will comfortably be seated on a chair or wheelchair during the class. Some optional standing postures. Instructor Mireille Delman. Fee : $45/8 weeks ($60 non-resident)
