Enrique's Journey Book Discussion

Thursday January 18, 2018
10:00AM - 12:00PM
Enrique's Journey by Sonia Nazario This story puts a human face on the ongoing debate about immigration reform in the United States. Enrique’s Journey recounts the unforgettable quest of a Honduran boy looking for his mother in the United States, eleven years after she is forced to leave her starving family to find work in the United States. Isabel Allende writes: “This is a twenty-first century Odyssey. If you are only going to read one non-fiction book this year, it has to be this one.” Part of Princeton’s community events on Global Migrations. Co-sponsored by PSRC and the Princeton Public Library. Registration required. No fee.
