Topics for 2011-2012 include Computer Basics, Email, Internet, Digital Photography, Skype, Downloading Audiobooks, Downloading and Installing Software, Facebook, MS Word, MS Excel, Web Safety, Job Search Tools, Computer Gadgets and others. Evergreen Forum Course Leaders
Are you a retired college professor or professional? Have a passion for some aspect of science, arts, literature, history, philosophy, etc? Like to share it with others and stimulate discussion? Join the faculty of the Evergreen Forum! Two semesters of classes are offered each year, with full-length courses lasting 8 weeks and "mini's" running for 5. Lectures and Presentations
PSRC welcomes single-session presentations as well. Recent topics have included book readings, science cafe lectures, art talks prior to field trips, origami workshops, and a wide range of other topics. In addition, many professionals in the area give presentations to educate and inform, including nutrition, health, fraud protection, caregiving, legal and financial planning, retirement planning, and much more.
