ONLINE JOB POSTINGS
Be wary of any job postings that require you to pay fees or make an investment. They are in all probability a scam. A legitimate placement agency will NEVER ask you to pay a placement fee. Their fees are always paid by the employer. Another scam is work-at-home proposals that require you to pay for “supplies.” These outfits often promise huge returns that are simply not possible for the kind of work they propose.
One of the largest online websites for job postings of all types: careerbuilder.com

RETIREMENTJOBS.COM
RetirementJobs.com’s goal is to identify companies most suited to older workers and match them with active, productive, conscientious, mature adults seeking a job or project that matches their lifestyle.
SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
Federally funded through the states, SCSEP allows individuals to develop the skills and self-confidence needed to find private employment while earning a modest income. Participants remain productive and independent by contributing their talent and services to their communities in a variety of ways — as child care providers, customer service representatives, teachers’ aids, and job developers, among others. Many state offices are run by NCOA (National Council on Aging). In New Jersey, the program is overseen by the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development. SCSEP participants are enrolled in special NCOA training, where they learn computer technology, light home-builder trades, and health care. Many SCSEP participants also pursue a high school degree, college education, or specific vocational certificate.
